Palm deflection game – Pair up and stand in 2 lines facing each other or space out in pairs around the room. One wears sticky tape on shoulders the other must try and grab the sticky tape off the shoulders of their partner. The one wearing sticky tape must use their palm deflection technique to prevent this from happening. Then swap roles.
